Do I pay when I send a request?+
No. The current flow saves a booking request as unpaid. Cleaning Direct will only show a payment as complete after a payment provider confirms it.
Can I request regular cleaning?+
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly choices are built into the estimate and display the applicable frequency saving.
