Our approach
Cleaning Direct aims to make the website usable with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom and reduced-motion preference. Pages use semantic headings, labelled form controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts and a skip link.
Known limitations
Email confirmation is delivered by an external authentication service and can vary by email client. The estimate builder is a multi-step interactive form and may require additional testing with combinations of older assistive technology and browsers.
Tell us about a barrier
If something prevents you from getting an estimate, submitting an application or accessing a booking request, use the contact form and choose “Something else”, or email support@cleaning.direct. Include the page, device or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so.
Alternative route
We will aim to provide the same information or accept the request in an accessible alternative format where reasonably possible.
